House and lot
I got married a year ago and my wife and I planned to get a loan for a house and lot.As beginners for a new life we are trying to find a loan company that offers low interest rate in their housing loans.
Before the FHA Home Loans program, I attended 2 workshops conducted by other companies and was overwhelmed by too much information being thrown my way too soon. I couldn’t make heads or tails of it and was at a loss. It was a relief to have found the FHA Loan because I finally felt confident that I can learn the mechanics of Housing Loans investing thru the help and guidance of FHA LOANS professional Team. They were so organized, full of encouragement, and methodical in explaining the mechanics of the loan program.
The most amazing thing for me is to discover that there are many, many ways to make money, and I am just touching the tip of the iceberg by purchasing tax lien certificates. One of the many things that amazes me is the fact that there’s a multitude of resources available out there for an investor to put to use. You have to know the people you want to work with in order for you to succeed.
I have to commend this company and have to mention that they has been a tremendous help in this, my learning stage. I was kind of “wanting to” but “not really committed yet” when I signed up with the program, but my mentor made me feel at ease and comfortable, always reminding me that I could contact them and ask them various questions; that will be available whenever I need help. They introduced me to the whole wide world of FHA Loans borrowing and investing. I felt like I’ve had blinders all my adult life, and am surprised at the things I didn’t know!
We bought our first house and lot. And how we did it was with the help of FHA LOAN company.
